The AGS Panel is a team of AGS forum veterans who play all of the games here, and give them ratings from one to five cups. The rating system is as follows:
1 CupNot serious entertainment
2 CupsA reasonable game, worth a try
3 CupsA good game, worth playing
4 CupsA great game, well worth your time
5 CupsAn outstanding, must-play game!
Feel free to disagree with the panel's rating, and please don't be offended if you think your game has been under-rated!

(Why has my game been rated 1 cup?)

If your game has been rated 1 cup, please don't be offended! It's common for your first game release to get a 1-cup rating, due to the game having a lack of polish and flair -- which is understandable, because you're just getting started!

Please understand that the main purpose of the ratings is to help potential game players find high quality, bug-free games to play. You've probably learnt a lot about AGS as a result of making your first game -- so why not use that knowledge to start afresh, and do even better with your next game!

AGS Panel Review

"This fun little platformer/tunnel sim shows a lot of effort on the part of VinceXII. Unfortunately, the player controls are too stiff, resulting in overjumps and misjumps more often than not, meanwhile the ship movement is too loose, resulting in a lot of unnecessary collisions while the ship tries to catch up with the mouse. Better controls would improve the game immensely, but fans of old school, difficult arcade games will still find much to like."

This is a really interesting take on a non-adventure AGS game. If you have yet not played it play it now!

This game is insane! To start with, I had no idea what I was meant to be doing, it was colourfully confusing. But as I got used to the controls, I found myself quite gripped, determined to get to the finish. It is good that you have inifinite lives, because you will pretty much need them. The game sure is a challenge, and beating such a challenge definitely feels good for me :)

I love the atmosphere achieved especially through perfectly chosen visuals and music. With this in mind, another good title might have been "8bit dreamz", but the infinity motive is of course vital too and excellently used.

I agree that the game is rather difficult to beat (didn't make it to the end yet). The controls are maybe a bit slow in responding. However, they are consistently slow and consequently predictable and perfectly usable.

Overall, a lot of fun and made me think of Tron.

The game is very hard for me, but that doesn't mean it's not worth your view. I personally find the difficulty to equal "challenging". It takes a while to get a grip, but overall its fantastic.
