The AGS Panel is a team of AGS forum veterans who play all of the games here, and give them ratings from one to five cups. The rating system is as follows:
1 Cup Not serious entertainment
2 Cups A reasonable game, worth a try
3 Cups A good game, worth playing
4 Cups A great game, well worth your time
5 Cups An outstanding, must-play game!
Feel free to disagree with the panel's rating, and please don't be offended if you think your game has been underrated!

(Why has my game been rated 1 cup?)

Close window
If your game has been rated 1 cup, please don't be offended! It's common for your first game release to get a 1-cup rating, due to the game having a lack of polish and flair -- which is understandable, because you're just getting started!

Please understand that the main purpose of the ratings is to help potential game players find high quality, bug-free games to play. You've probably learnt a lot about AGS as a result of making your first game -- so why not use that knowledge to start afresh, and do even better with your next game!

UPDATED VERSION

A short game about Mard, a completely normal Stickland's citizen... well, almost normal...

Check the readme for known bugs, since there are two of them... And I'm not sure about typo's either...

But in the update I just uploaded, some typos and one previously unknown bug are fixed.

3 people commented on this game (newest first):

Well, the interface was made for EFL originally... anyway, the meaning of the top-right inv is to allow the player to use items with eachother, if ever comes the need to.

Indeed, a fun little game, and with a strong Finnish (oh, the puns!). The interface was a bit odd (going to top right corner to use items seemed a bit odd, considering you could access your inventory from the "verb coin" type interface), but it was only a short venture, so it didn't have the time to get on my nerves.
