AGS Panel Rating

Stylistically impressive, but core game design ultimately lets it down. Still worth a play.

Pick of the Month

February 2007

There's not too many games come with voice-acting, and those that do generally have a high profile, but the farm seems to have crept below many peoples' radars. It got quite a few votes for nominations for the AGS Awards 2006, but not enough to make it to the final voting round in any

This was an interesting game and it's a shame there was never a sequel made.

The bugs looks like corrected.
The visual is good, except your character looks like a draft.
The controls are unusual, but not bad.
Many creative, original ideas, like the CD player. As the visual and music are good, you find the game short.
I like the fact that the puzzles are not "room by room". I liked too that you don't have to use everything: the game is then less predictable.
I also like that fat people are not mocked.
I'm waiting for episode two!!

It's true the game has some strange technical foibles-- voice acting volume, unorthodox control scheme. But I have to say, it is amongst the best independently created adventure game's I've played. The dialogs are terse and often times pointless, the illustration is of the cobbled-together photoshop style that I usually don't like-- but this game has what few other adventures do: ideas that work. Even though the play time is brief the game is an original, self contained world that is in turns hilarious and bizarre. I really recommend it.

The controls were irritating. I don't prefer to use both the keyboard & the mouse at the same time! The animation played waay too sluggishly.
