The AGS Panel is a team of AGS forum veterans who play all of the games here, and give them ratings from one to five cups. The rating system is as follows:
1 Cup Not serious entertainment
2 Cups A reasonable game, worth a try
3 Cups A good game, worth playing
4 Cups A great game, well worth your time
5 Cups An outstanding, must-play game!
Feel free to disagree with the panel's rating, and please don't be offended if you think your game has been underrated!

(Why has my game been rated 1 cup?)

If your game has been rated 1 cup, please don't be offended! It's common for your first game release to get a 1-cup rating, due to the game having a lack of polish and flair -- which is understandable, because you're just getting started!

Please understand that the main purpose of the ratings is to help potential game players find high quality, bug-free games to play. You've probably learnt a lot about AGS as a result of making your first game -- so why not use that knowledge to start afresh, and do even better with your next game!

About this game

You play Bobey Marl, a young man, worth for nothing, who has only nonsense in his mind. The game starts with his arrestment and the final goal is - surely - to save the world.

I've nothing against the visuals, me, but for heaven's sake, add a storyline and fix the bugs. How on earth can anyone be supposed to enjoy this mish-mash of random puzzles without any idea of what the heck's going on, all the while having to endure random crashes, I don't know. Next time, *don't release* your game until you've fixed the crashes. Get better beta-testers if yours didn't catch them, because sure as heck everyone else did.

What is the story all about? Why does he go to Amsterdam and keeps saying I have to save the world?
The only answer is ..the gamemaker decided to make a game from the vaious games he's played and came up with this absolute c**p!

No one knows what's happening! The jokes are pathetic. The main character walks like a duck. The tap-tap-tap footstep sound is irritating as well.

The bright side: When I deleted this game I regained 100mb disk space! Good riddance

This game is bad, unfortunately. A lot doesn't make sense and the graphics are inconsistent. Some white lines and stuff in there. The lazy animations is another thing.

ill tell you why:

a lot of the characters look like they come from a completely different game, here and there you can still see some pink edges around characters, the scratchy background effect makes the backgrounds look incomplete, and the obvious paintover of the background in zak mckrakken (the bg where you have to get access to the bus).
add that to the randon crashing bugs and the "i have no idea what's going on"- storyline, i can see where the voters come from.

I wonder how can someone give "poor" to the graphics of this game. There're either some blind people here (who didn't feel the graphics when they touched the screen with them fingers!!) or you have some dedicated enemies Dusty D.

I'd just like to say thanks to you, yipshi. We had quite positive resonance from other sources and are a little bit surprised, too. Nevertheless, part 2 will follow!

Whoa, I don't know why everyone gave this game such a low score. The graphics and immersion were very good. The puzzles, for the most part, were good and very original, but there were a few that were a little too hard. It's certainly much better than 99 percent of the games that come through here.
