Indy and the Crystal Cursors (demo) walkthrough by Mark L
CHAPTER 1: THE COG OF COSTA (COFFEE)
1. Use wooden beam with crumbling wall
2. Take the cog
3. Use the cog on Marcus
4. Discuss the Crystal Cursor with him to be given Dr. Guzzo's telegrams
5. Read the telegrams
6. Exit the college and head to Scotland
CHAPTER 2: SCOTLANDSHIRE
7. On arrival, locate and use the path to mountain on lower left
8. Talk to Guzzo about the Crystal Cursors and finish the conversation
9. Use the cave mouth to view the carvings
10. Leave the upper cave and return to the lower cave and enter
11. Open the box
12. Exit and return to the upper cave and enter it
13. Talk to Guzzo and leave the cave
14. Return to the lower area and use the motor vehicle
15. Return to Barnett College
CHAPTER 3: FINDING TEH LOST SCRIPT
16. Use the entrance to enter the college
17. Talk to Marcus about Dr. Guzzo
18. Exit the college and use Indy's car
19. Visit Guzzo's office
20. Look in the drawer on the large desk to find the scissors
21. Pick up the small note underneath the middle window
22. Read the Dr Guzzo's note
23. Exit and head to New York City
24. Use the scissors on the taped up door and open the door
25. After the cutscene, use the cab on the left to leave New York
CHAPTER 4: OBLIGATORY BARNETT COLLEGE SECTION
26. Re-enter the college
27. Use the right hand hallway and look at the noticeboard
28. Keep looking until Indy mentions Dr. Guzzo
29. Keep looking until Indy mentions lost books
30. Head back to the main hall and up the stairs to the library
31. Find and take the book marked "?" to the right of the Mystery section
32. Walk back behind the far bookcase to exit the library
33. Show the book to Marcus, then read the book
34. Return to Indy's car and use it
CHAPTER 5: HEY THEY STOLE MY LITERATURE!
35. Use the Lost Script with the carvings
36. Select "Agadez", "Kos", "London" and "Costa Rica" during the dialog
37. After the cutscene, head to London on the map
(Note: Agadez can only be solved by visiting London first)
CHAPTER 6: THE SEARCH FOR THE CURSOR IN LONDON
38. Try and enter the museum, only to be stopped
39. When Beth starts following you, ask her what she's up to
40. To speed things up, allow her to come with you
CHAPTER 7: THE SEARCH FOR THE CURSOR IN AGADEZ
41. Use the bus and head to Agadez
42. At Agadez you must have Beth following you around to find the crystal cursor
43. Walk around and make Beth walk to the right of the digsite, she will call you over
44. Take note of the "soft ground" and return to the main digsite
45. You'll need Beth to walk between the crane and the water-tower, she locates a shovel
46. Talk to Beth to get the shovel
47. Return to the dunes and "soft ground" and use the shovel on it
48. Now you have one of the cursors, leave and use the truck
49. Head to Kos
CHAPTER 8: THE SEARCH FOR THE CURSOR IN KOS
50. Head up the steps and into the doorway on the right
51. Look at every barrel, pot and vase and Indy will eventually find a Membership card
52. Exit, head down the steps and use the path to docks
53. Talk to the boat man and ask to visit the dock on the other side of the mountain
(Note: You may have to locate the small dock. To do this, return to the main street in Kos and head up and out of the town. Cross the fields and look over the cliff-side at the dock, then return back to the main street and path to docks)
54. Enter the temple
55. Inside the temple, head left and pick up the crystal cursor shaped like a hand
56. Use the exit and leave the temple to complete the demo
