continuous scaling doesen't work

i checked the checkbox in the character menu
but the only effect is that my char does not move smoothley
he stucks in his moving almost like  when a PC is too slow
but my PC isnt!
whats wrong with my AGS?

I guess adjust speed with scalling is checked. I noticed the similar effect with the anti-glide mode turned off.

works this speed-scaling not without anti glide?

I don't know to be honest, I assumed everybody used anti-glide mode. If it's a problem I'll look into it, but there shouldn't be any reason not to use anti-glide mode.
