A question concerning the OggVorbis format and the mp3 free AGS version.

If I have understood things right one can ask Chris Jones for a version of the AGS engine without the mp3 player, if one has reason to do so. My question is, will the engine still be able to play Ogg Vorbis files? Or is Ogg played with the part that is excluded in the mp3 free version?

Other than that, I want to compliment Chris on his programming skills and his effort in keeping this software improving all the time!

Ogg is still there. In fact, the main reason Chris added OGG was because of this Mp3-less version. Chris only removes the Mp3 player because of licensing problems. The OGG format doesn't have any license limitations, so there's no reason to remove it..
