does anyone have  an ags template or save file with the Lucasarts style gui interface for ags version 3.0/3.1 up for download that i could use? i cant get anything to update for use with it.

I just used the search function (very handy).
From the looks of it you'll have to update it yourself.  You'd think someone would have a link to a 3x version.
