To be honest, we're currently working on another project, we got a commission for an educational game for our local kids portal. But, that will be over during the early March after which we'll continue working on Viktor.
It's not easy for three people to make such a big project like Viktor with no funding, but on the bright side, we still get to make a game that we want to make

Yeah, you're probably right, it seems that they at least started the devlopment in AGS, although their forum thread hasn't been updated since 2013.
