How are made background for example in broken sword the first part? I mean are they painted or made on the computer?

Broken Sword.. I couldn't remember, looking at the screenshots it could be either.. it at least looks like the drawings were done on paper, not sure if the colouring is computer or not.

Mixnmojo has had a hacker attack recently, so a lot of it is still down.

They are first drawn by hand.
Then they've been colored in either PSP or PS...

would it be possible to do that to our backgrounds with a scanner...
i thought it would look kinda stupid.

But then again i can't draw, or programme (yet) whay am i here?
