ACWIN.EXE for Journey Home

First of all I hope I'm in the right forum.

Sometimes in certain games like Journey Home, I've been told I need ACWIN.EXE but when I downloaded the game I did not get.  So at the end of chapter I I could not get in the boat and I guess continue the game.  

Where can I get ACWIN.EXE ?  Is is supposed to come automatically with the download?
