About the game:
Suddenly, while watching a Ron Gilbert's speech about the Maniac Mansion postmortem, I decided to try to develop a very short and simple game as a tribute to LucasFilm games and their developers (David Fox, Ron Gilbert, Tim Schafer and Gary Winnick).

So I asked my brother LostTrainDude some help ("how hard could it be?" cit.) and now here it is: A Homie Adventure (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/site/games/game/1953)!

Since I noticed that my game was included among the other thumbnails, I thought it was a sign that I had to join :P

All eyes of the international community are on The Glorious People's Republic of Basenji as stability feels just slightly beyond your reach.  With an internal power-struggle looming, a recession on the horizon and a despotic chicken testing your borders, Rogue State puts the player in the drivers seat of a nation teetering on the brink of collapse.  It would mean a lot to Problem and I if you would consider our bastard lovechild for the 2015 AGS Awards.

Some advice about using the interface (No real puzzle SPOILERS) :

Spoiler

Keep a close watch on the TV screen while moving/placing items. If you have done something right you might notice the reception has improved slightly with each step. A good way to practice looking for these improvements would be fooling around with the TV antenna for a while.

Right click drops objects but it also uses them on each other if they are able to be combined and are in the appropriate positions/close enough to each other etc...I tried to be as generous as possible with the size of the hotspots for this kind of actions but please let me know if anything was too fiddly to get working...

The books and the curio-shelves (the ones with the lips,the purple tentacle, the euro, the Gumby head, the Information sign, and the Kilroy) can be a bit tricky, especially the shelves. Click on the area between two items to swap their positions and not on the actual items for best results.

I am submitting 'Let's Cook: with Koala' for consideration for the 2015 AGS Awards.

A cooking game mainly aimed at children but then again who does not like a scrumptious Knickerbocker glory or tasty coconut curry?

As well as learning to cook, Koala your chef guide explains how to avoid the dangers that may occur in the kitchen and also offers you safety tips as well as being open to any questions you may have.

Together you can make some mouth-watering dishes by finding the ingredients and following the cooking method.

Once you have made a dish, Koala will issue you with a 'Certificate of excellence' which is saved for you to print out and put on your wall or elsewhere.

A fun game where you not only just learn to cook but become aware of dangers and learn safety tips...

Neon, your game isn't eligible for the 2015 awards because it was released in 2016. You'll have to wait until the next year! :)

After having asked if it could be done, I just want to notify that I've updated A Landlord's Dream (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/site/games/game/1883) with some bugfixes and tweaks that don't expand the game, but should give players a better experience :)

For those who already played the game (and gave me feedback about this):

I've also fixed the parser in the terminal! :D Now whenever you hit the return key, the line resets to an empty line

Other than bugfixes here and there, I'm talking about proofreading, broken hotspots, an audio loop and a couple of modified graphic assets: that's it.
These fixes were ready last year, but I never compiled the build because they were meant to be part of a bigger project... *cough* That is now undergoing a preproduction phase *cough*... So I thought it could be a good thing for players.

I've updated the entry in the database, but if anyone wants to play the former version just ask me! :)

Join our protagonist Morgan as she stumbles through a series of bizarre fantasy settings -- a mer-pirate lagoon, a junk food forest, and a steampunk vampire nightclub -- in search of three missing relics. How will her night end? It's up to you to decide!

This is exciting! I had no idea that the AGS community did this.
I made Interstellar Borders, Throw Me in the River and An Anxious Awakening last year, and would love it if you played them.
Interstellar Borders is a campy sci fi story, Throw Me in the River is a drama that reflects on regret in life and familial conflict, and An Anxious Awakening is a drama that studies anxiety and the mourning process.
All three games are between 8 and 15 minutes long, and are more narrative driven.
