Quest for glory 5 runtime error Help!!!

Ok i now need help on Quest for Glory 5 when fighting the dragon when it breaths the fire on me i get a runtime error.
i am using vista premium. i installed the game using the QFG5Setup from the sierra help board. I even installed the microsoft c++ 2010 real time error fix.

i tried turning off the sounds in the game control which i read on other boards should fix this but it didn't.

Yeah, I remember this bug - SO annoying!   

Unfortunately, there's not really a solution for it.  Try turning the speed down, so it's slower.  And Save often, in different slots.  You'll get through it eventually.
