I see a lot of talk of remaking the fantasy themed games, but I'm curious if anyone is doing any games in the style of Police Quest. As a kid they were my favorite of all the Sierra style adventures. Anybody working on remaking any, or even better, making an original game in the style of a law enforcement related adventure game? It's something you probably don't see a lot of, with all the Kings Quest and Space Quest remake talk. But I just had to ask in hopes someone will suprise me. . .
Have a look at this thread:

There were a few more, such as Drugbust and also Hero Theorem, but I am unsure if they are still in production or not :).
Also, if you haven't done so, check out Bernie's Reactor 09 (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/games.php?action=detail&id=819) - not exactly what you're looking for, but it is a very nice game, and well worth a look. And yes, it has cops and robbers :).
I'm making a Cop sort of game, it's called Blue Moon and I'm going for the full lenght (6 locations, 3 completed).
It's not your classic law enforcement game but the main character is a detective that lost his rank and has to wear the blue suit again.
I released a demo of it with low detail and a few glitches but still playable if you want to check.
Hero Theorem got cancelled if I'm not mistaken, which I'm relatively sure I'm not.

:o I can't believe I forgot about this!!!
Sorry Miguel! :-[
I'd say my Lone case, but I don't think it fits the rules.
No problem Ben, :), I haven't updated it on "Games in Production" with screenshots or anything else so it's quite normal that people forget about Blue Moon.
Hopefully I'll get it done before the summer arrives.
