Hello everyone,

We are a small team working on an episodic interactive sitcom with cartoon graphics and we need someone who can code the game in flash. This is a paid position but due to the fact that we are brand new, we have a very tight budget and we can only offer 700 Euros for the coding of the first episode, with a 100 Euro bonus if you can code the first episode of the game within 1 and a half month. Hopefully the game will do well in sales and then we can offer more money for future episodes.

The game is called The Exchange Student. The story of The Exchange Student is about Emilio Carboni, a 22 y.o. Italian student who has never had a girlfriend in his entire life. His friend Vicenzo just came back from an exchange program in Sweden. Vicenzo was really satisfied with the program since he met a lot of very attractive ladies during his stay in Sweden. Emilio decides to follow his friend's path. He travels to Sweden to spend a semester there, studying in a city of Sweden called Västerås. Soon though he will realize that getting a girlfriend in Sweden is as hard as getting a girlfriend anywhere else!

We have on the team already:

Will Eaken and Bill Tiller- They have worked for classic adventure games like Indiana Jones and The Fate of Atlantis, The Dig and Curse of the Monkey Island. This is one of the backgrounds they have created for the game so far:

Dave Rigley: He is the creator of the webcomic 24 1/2 Water Street .He will be creating characters and doing the animation for The Exchange Student.

Those interested please contact me at either at theinventory@yahoo.com or d.manos@adventure-eu.com . I am also available on MSN (dimidimidimi@hotmail.com).

What? Bill Tiller and Will Eaken (isn't it Bill Eaken? or are they related) How'd you get them? Seriously dude, what's going on here, is this a practical joke? It isn't April first yet? If so you are the luckiest man alive and I envy you with my every weak being!! I know you are the inventory dude, but was it difficult to convince Ben Tiller? Your game will have unrivaled graphics!

Hey...I can kind of almost code in flash...
Hmmn...

Advantages to me working on this project:
*Get to work with Bill Tiller
*Get 700 euro's
*Earn valuable work experience

Disadvantages to me working on this project:
*The whole thing burning to the ground in a horrible burning mass, crushing dreams as it goes due to my horriblle incompetance.

Yeah...I think I'll pass...

Although...

I dunno...

How complex is this game exactly...I assume you're doing some pretty ambitious stuff since you're not just doing all the coding yourself...

William = Will = Bill

So yes it is Bill Eaken. And I am indeed extremely lucky to have such talented artists working on the game's graphics.

Please only serious applications, applicants have to be at least 18 y.o., and have to be able to commit to the project (this is not something you can do during your free time in the weekends).
