Most of the games are made by one creator...

The largest games generally have people helping out with some art or music other than the creator but a few have been made totally alone yeah.

Las Naranjas

Consensus holds that one person games have an exponentially larger chance of being finished than teams.

If you count people who help with general ideas, suggestions for the plot, feedback on art and music, technical support and beta testing as additional makers, you could safely say that there has been no one-man-game so far...at least not any important or big ones...

As people have already said, though, almost all games are solo-projects in the sense that no official team has been behind them.
There are some exceptions, of course, as KQ vga

Captain Mostly

ahem! Actually, even by Andail's standards RL&BAT was a totally one man project... Although the AGS readme (I have a memory of it being a whopping great text file at the time, although this might be happy nostalgia) DID provide technical assistance... Does this count as me having got help?

I know of very few one man projects with original music. Or, for that matter, good non-original music. And few people who ask for composers. Which I, being a composer, find stupid. </offtopicness>
