lucky for you, this community is so civilized.
With a topic like that, you're literally begging for some ol' decent flaming.
To survive in this community, start with this:

1. Stop writing like a leet village idiot. Avoid caps, and look through your spelling at least once.
2. Post in the proper places. There is a special thread for these requests. Since 60% of all newbies ask for an assistant artist the day they arrive, we've decided to stuff them all in one thread, to make it look cleaner.
3. No artist worth their name would help you out at the moment. As a general rule, you need to do a first attempt yourself, release a short test-game so that people know you're somewhat serious and can carry out a small project on your own.

and to Nealtoyourleader, (which im guessing your name is Neal) no one truly cares overall about the graphics.. yeah they may be a great thing to add to your game, but many games here have become superstar quality, with pitifully drawn graphics.  And just because a game has great graphics, it does not mean its a fantastic game immediatly.
