I've thought about it, but decided against it for several reasons:

1. Talkies make a game's filesize significantly larger.
2. It's very hard to find good amateur voice actors and keep the same file quality, volume, etc.
3. I'll only make the series a talkie if I can get John Cleese to play the part of Percival Quentin Jones

where = teh demo. Plus, I know john cleese (friend of the family, and I'm currently employed by MGM and am working on the Bond films), and could "persuade/threaten him within an inch of his life" to do the game!

Not to upset anyone or anything, but remember the key word is "tentative." As of right now, the game is still missing several animations that I haven't had time to do, and lots of music that Ghormak hasn't had time to do...so right now the 24th is looking like it's not going to be the date. But it's been completed and beta tested, so never say never!
