My first game : Jain's Quest (temporary name)

I started making this game about uh... Three months ago. I hardly spent five days on it (drew a character all with my mouse) and didn't go on, as for many of my projects (call me inaction man, the king of unacomplishment). However, I lately made a lot of comics with the same characters (one is more or less myself and the other one's the ghost of a soft toy I had as a child, and by the same occasion, my imaginary friend) and I felt like continueing this game, so for the moment, I have a very simple demo that might give you a taste of it. It will be uploaded soon (uploading the demo... you can do it... that's just a mini-project...). What I can tell you by now is that it's really based on dialogues. The characters are eight-loop and in a cartoonish style (at least, those who were drawn for the moment). The animation is sometimes weird and my crappy knowledge in scripting doesn't allow me to do everything I want, but I guess all those mistakes give a cute "do it yourself" effect that corresponds with the mainlines of the game's atmosphere, which are neurastenia, insignificance, cheap humor, philosophy and free cynicism. Hope you guys will enjoy it. It shall be completed in less than a century provided I get regular questions, help and encouragements from you. French kisses from the Frenchman.

That's what I was thinking right now... Here are five shots, that just more or less show the main character. However, the backgrounds aren't definitive, they're just random photos ; I'll draw my own ones if I see the game-making advances.

I was gonna put every other sprite yet made, but why bother, as they're all in the demo ?
