You should keep your stuff for one game in one thread. And your website doesn't load for me... (using Opera)

"The remake is being developed in a C++ based engine with 16-bit graphics and an Ogg Vorbis soundtrack." Why don't you actually name AGS?

cause it was for a portfolio, if u look in the links it mentions AGS.  It doesn't load up wierd in that case use this url.

http://e.domaindlx.com/trinfinitygames

I also added AGS in the games.html file and pop-ups don't appear if u use that url.
I took out the plugin that may make it work :P

Daventry,

We're all hoping that the people who started these topics about their games will come back and update them when there is some news - doing an "are we there yet? are we there yet?" number on all of the games you're interested in can become a little annoying (IMHO).

Police Quest 3 was released in VGA originally, so I cannot see anyone updating it anytime soon.

The SpaceQuest2 remake you refer to in the other topic is a non-AGS project.

MHawk states in his edited first post that he has postponed KQIIIVGA until next summer, if ever.

As with most amateur / fan games, they are ready when they are ready - most people who quote release dates normally crash them.

Finally, is there any particular reason why you haven't registered?  Anyone might think you're a lawyer for Sierra, keeping tabs on all our un-official sequels - say it aint so ;)

;D

No i'm not a lawyer or anything, i jus't love these old sierra games and i want to go to the sites to keep them in my favourite list items. I don't want to ask here everytime when will this come out, what happened to that. If i have the website, i will check there for news instead of annoying you guy's so much.

Sorry, sometimes i get carried away from excitement.

Eh, Sonny, did you read it carefully?

Quote20th September 2003
Grand opening of the website. Here you will be able to download the games that I create. Also there is information on game development and music creation. A "POLICE QUEST 2 REMAKE" demo should be available in the next few weeks

Yeah, the last update was September 20th, 2003.  A few weeks from then would have been like October 2003, so we're still almost nine months off now.  I don't think this project is gonna happen.  But I have seen someone making PQ2 VGA pics.  His name is JayWar.  He's around.  He's posted some pics on the AGDI boards, but I don't know if he's planning on making a game.

I stopped development of the game because there was another Police Quest 2 game being developed.  Since then I haven't really started developing any other type of game.  I've been too busy with writing music as I am releasing an album soon.  All electronic music (Psy-trance) to be more specific.  But it seems that I haven't heard much of this other project recently, so you never know I might just take it back up again :P
