The Far Corners of the World - Chapter 1: The Book, the Box and the Key

Story:
Young Jeffrey Carter has it all: a great flat, a good job and a beautiful (and rich) fiancÃ©e. One day however his peaceful life is turned upside down when he receives a mysterious message from his estranged sister. What starts as a journey to atone for past failings soon takes a sinister turn. Little does Jeff know that the adventure of his lifetime is about to beginâ€¦

Almost two years in the making, FCotW1 is now very close to release â€" bigger, better and bolder than originally planned! The game is complete and fully playable; the only thing remaining is ironing out any bugs that will crop up during beta and polishing the graphics, animations and texts some more. Beta will start in the next couple of weeks and the release date should be early August at the latest.

I could still need a few beta testers, especially native English speakers. If you are interested in playing the game a few weeks early and giving me your opinion and suggestions, please contact me by PM!

Oh, itâ€™s August already?

A small status update: currently thereâ€™s still some testing going on, while Iâ€™m busy repairing all the kinks discovered so far. I hope to release the full game some time later this month. In the meantime I give you a short demo, covering the first few puzzles of the game. It should give you an impression what to expect. I hope you like it!

Looks very appealing! The art style is very effective. I hope the game will be as adventurous as it sounds! Will definitely try it out once it's released.
