Title: Animating Backgrounds
Post by: on Thu 10/03/2005 03:06:21
I want to animate my backgrounds, but it asks for 320 200 background size. I do that and it asks for an 8-bit colour image. I use paint for most of my backgrounds, and I can't find out how to make my image 8-bit colours. Any help?

8-bit means 256 colors. Surely there's an option for that in Paint?

Just use the default settings for paint. They work.

Jason, WHY did you ask that question here AFTER you already posted your question as a separate thread?

1. Do NOT hijack other people's threads and ask your questions there.
2. Do NOT double-post, especially within the same forum.
3. Like I told you in your own thread, read the forum rules and all available resources before asking anything.

for music...
when the game plays it will always play music0 if it is in the directory. So chose a song that you wanna play, name it Music0 and stick in the folder of your game.
