sorry for stupid question, but where is the | button on the keyboard? I tried searching the forums for OR and || but it bought up hundreds of topics, none seemed to explain where it is?

It depends on your keyboard, so there's isn't one corrent answer. On this keyboard, it is shift-\, just above the Windows key and beside shift.

thanks, found it, same on mine, although it's not printed on the keyboard.
