1. READ THE BFAQ (http://americangirlscouts.org/agswiki/index.php/Graphics%2C_Characters%2C_Text_%26_Rooms#Creating_your_own_characters)

2. And the Big List of Paint programs. (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/yabb/index.php?topic=5644.0)

Wrong place to ask this question - so you might want to read the forum rules (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/yabb/index.php?topic=14373.0) again.

Stop asking this, I already answered you.

Read the BFAQ entry I linked to - you have to import the graphics frame by frame in the 'Sprite Manager'.

STOP ASKING THIS!
It's not hard - Read the BFAQ entry (http://americangirlscouts.org/agswiki/index.php/Graphics%2C_Characters%2C_Text_%26_Rooms#Creating_your_own_characters).

You can make the character graphics in any graphics program - Paint, Photoshop, Paintshop Pro, whatever you have (the Big List of Paint Program I linked when I answered for the first time has some other options) and save them in a format AGS can import (e.g. bmp, png, pcx ...). Then just import them individually into AGS via the Sprite Manager. You can't directly import characters unless you've got some .cha files from somewhere (which doesn't seem likely at this point).

If you ask this again, I'll delete the thread, rather than answering again.
