Is it possible to play flash-movies in AGS (swf-files)?

Not by default, no.
CJ said he doesn't have time to add it to the engine and that a plugin would be ideal for that. Haven't seen one around yet, though.

Instead, export it as a movie (AVI/MPEG) and play it that way.
