Title: German font, anyone?
Post by: on Sat 01/11/2003 15:37:44
I searched the forum and found that SCI studio could be used to get a font that's able to display german characters- but I can't really figure out how to create fonts with SCI.

Anyone here has a german font (dimensions just like the standard AGS speech font), a small tutorial on creating fonts or a link to some site where I can get one? I'd really appreciate the help.

I would suggest you private message LucasFan, or make your own with the SCIfont creation tool.  www.bripro.com    or if youre ballsy and can make a back up of your game now, and try out the beta version of ags, and import your own font and then have it create an outline for it.  Read the beta thread for more info, but its just in prestages right now and they are having a little trouble.

Same for me.  I'm looking for a french font with é, è, à , ô, â, ï, î etc...

I can provide free french translations for anyone that could help me.

They have. AGS doesn't display them in the font window, but they are there.
