Changing the deafult character icon.

Firstly, I want to apologise if the answer to this question is out there somwhere, But I've been looking for it for about an hour and fifteen minutes now, so this is a last resort for me.
But I just cannot figure out how to change the sprite/image/whateveritis from the deafult "ROGER" icon.
Again, I apologise if this is a stupidly simple question, but I need an answer.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by the 'icon' for Roger - do you just want to change the way he looks? That's in the BFAQ. You can skip the first few steps for now (making a new character), and just follow the ones about setting up the Views for your character, and changing the Normal/Talking/etc Views in the Character editor.

Asking on the forums should definitley be a last resort - but make sure you've exhuasted the others before you do.
