Software to make background??

Hello there! My question is about what software you use to make backgrounds?? MsPaint, other?? What soft you recomend??

Creating backgrounds, layers is a pretty good thing. I reccomend Photoshop by adobe. Paint Shop Pro by jasc software is also a good tool. But it's pretty much up to which program/interface you feel comfortable with.

If You Are Good At Drawing And You Don't Need Any Pre-made background you can use GIMP

I Use It And It's awesome!

It is like Photoshop, with a lot of visual effects And is totally free!
