Right Clicking on GUI's

I have a GUI for my function buttons at the bottom of my screen. I want to be able to use these buttons, as well as use the SetNextCursorMode function at the same time.

So, to able to click on my GUI's, I have the GUI set to "clickable" as on, but I've found that having this completly overrides mouse clicks in favour of what is in the GUI's script.

This would be no problem, if I could find a way to actually find out what mouse button has been pressed at any one time. But no matter how hard I look, I can't seem to work it out.

Help on this would be greatly appreciated.
