scrolling my Custom GUI

Does exist any easy way to add vertical scrolling for a GUI? The idea is an initially hidden GUI which appears with a smooth scroll when the mouse cursor is in upper or lower position WITHOUT CLICKS (exactly as in the game Apprentice)

scipt the GUI location to change so it appears to scroll in, Im not sure how smooth it will be, but it should work.
