Heh, I think the whole style is kinda curved anyway, so that shouldn't really matter.

That's a very common mistake, most often made before the famous theories of Aristotle, Eratosthanes and some others...

But then again, I guess I could make an entry just for the heck of it, even though I won't take part of the competition itself.

You have to imagine the "Aerodiner" sign, because I don't have the time to make it.
Also, excuse my crappy plane. I have no technical insight in the structure of an airplane

Because the host of the contest can cheat that way and also it would be pretty annoying if the same guy kept winning and hosting the competitions, because he made good backgrounds. I think it's a very good rule that the host's entry isn't entered.
