Murder At the AGS Award

On that tragic night I was invited to the AGS Award and just as I was about to taste some of the delicious delicacies I got a call from Ascovel,apparently someone has been
Murdered at the AGS Award.

He didn't want to cause a panic so he told me to keep this a matter secret for now and has blocked the access to this area.The murderer is still
here as this is the only way to exit the building and Ascovel has been standing at the main entrance to greet the guests all night.

Unfortunately time is not our friend as the AGS Award is gonna be over soon.My family reputation as the greatest Detectives is at stake,so there's
no time to waste.Let's review the scene:

It's a gruesome sight as the victims head has been decapitated,there is also a broken glass near the victims body."Wait a minute,is that blood?"

Oh ummm.....,unfortunately the AGS award thread has no clues for this puzzle ,I did thought on doing so but I figure that it might be too much hassle for some people.So all the clues are here.

It was a bizarre muder in appartement 047e. The victim was carefully put to pieces beyond recognition. And the only evidence that caught the attention of the investigators that might be leading to the culprit was a wierdo birdo taped to the wall with extra durable ducttape. It also had two matches in its beak that it couldn't remove by itself, even though the poor thing still tried when it was found.
Who could have done that?
A truely mysterious case!

In space nobody can hear you scream...

The hubble telescope sent photos on his eternal journey while passing the dark horse nebular. Astronomers then made a shocking discovery! A body floating through space. The ruthless killer didn't even bother removing his oddly familiar looking murder weapon... Soon AGS police has been informed but clearly was out of it's depth very fast because the body is by far beyond any range or jurisdiction. After several months, some rookie got bored from sorting old case files and began to study the cold case named "Poor Space Man". He got through the facts and after contacting NASA to receive more knowledge about space telescope technology he instantly had an idea: Luckily hubble made more then a hundred photos of the scene. He examined them all but only a particulary one grabbed his attention. After removing all the irrelevant parts it finally helped cracking the case.
