Comic Contest - July 2nd- July 16th

You know the rules by now....DONT BREAK THEM!!!:

* A theme for the competition will be given by the host
* Participants are required to create a comic (sequential art, i.e. at least two panels,
otherwise it's a cartoon, not a comic) adhering to that theme
* Participants are free to use any techinique for creating that comic
* Each competition will last half a month
* The host of each competition will decide on the winner who will also host the next competition.

Hello. This comic is based on REAL LIFE events however the names hav been changed to hide the identity the victims.
