Blade

Do you remember how we kissed in the moonlight?
Do you remember our happiness in stars?
All that I've done was done for only your delight
And now I am here, writing from behind the bars.

Your love for me is much more than million bucks,
For you I would gladly challenge demons to fight.
But before I tell you how I weep on your lack
Please tell me, remember how we kissed in the moonlight?

There in the darkest shadows of an old oak tree
A bird sang it's song, not as beautiful as you.
More than anything in world I would like to be
In that place tonight with noone else but you.

Pretty obvious but my aim was to make it really look like a love poem.
Studies show that 50% of the people do not know they form half of the society.

It would be unimaginable, if our love falters and dies.
So lets step forth, and use it twice, to find the last suprise

I love with you with and honest heart
I'm craving seeing you
I see you when I dream,
Loving you so true
Morbid would it be,
If the dream should be untrue
Every thought I have is leading
To the bond of me and you
I cannot live while we're apart
We're such a fantastic team
Together we can can bathe in glory
If you just see what I see

I hope someone get's it... do we get to tell people what it means eventually?

Bombadil

It seems that this competition is having success!

I don't get Scuthbert's one, but I'll try harder later...

btw, has anyone guessed mine?

InCreator

Aiee, my brain hurts!
Understanding love poems is a science by ittself, and now some secret messages... I'd like to really meet a girl who could crack stuff like that.
Really cool theme.

*starts over

..

If you're having trouble solving mine the solution is below

Spoiler
The solution is - CLOSET

Where is says 'So lets step forth' the word forth is a hint, take the fourth word of the poem 'Unimaginable' and when it says 'and use it twice' use the fourth reference again to find the fourth letter - 'M'

Then (kind of using the twice reference again) take the letter after every other M in the poem to get the clue.

Hopefully the wife would figure it out eventually... or clean the closet.

ok, voting has begun!
I had set 3 days for voting, but if that is too much, it can be reduced. The winner will get to start the new competition with their own rules.
My vote goes to Pelican.

I'm having the same problem. I think we can't vote before we know all the "secret plans"... ^^

Indie Boy

Spoiler

The bible code is that you take a number and then put the leters in rows of that number
e.g
use 5

text= bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla

put them in the rows
blabl
ablab
labla
blabl
ablab
labla

the answer = lbalba

Too criptic I think...

I think someone should come with another poetry competition, this one has had some participation and it'll be great another one...

auhsor

I agree. I liked this comp, so it would be good for us to get the voting done and so we can start a new one.

Bombadil

Oh, I haven't voted yet! I thought I did that...

My vote goes for Scuthbert

Pelican

Hmmm...... my vote goes to Blade. Isn't the point of it to make it seem like a love poem?Ã,  :P
