Hey thanks! It's the first competition I ever won here. I'll start a new competition as soon as possible and hope I'll find a solution the majority agrees with.

If you're gonna have palette restrictions, I hope you don't go under 256. Because if you do, you cut off pretty much all painted entries. Also, it would be cool to see high quality painted bgs downsampled to 256 à  la Curse of Monkey Island. The size I don't really mind, except marginally if the aspect ratio is restricted.
