yeah, this competition is good and all, and was a good idea to help get the ags fighter off and going, but i would perfer if maybe 15 agsers were chosen by some leader to be in the final game, and all their sprites were done in similar fashion. then a 16th one, made in similar fashion, but missing details, like a prototype character, someone could export the frames of, and use MSPaint to finish up their own character, so that we can all be in the game if we care enough to be.

I like seeing different styles... But if not possible, I would go for the street fighter style... Why? technical issues... It's easy to find a lot of examples and references...

I've been tinkering with basic animation templates but I've been very busy. Keep in mind that the AGS fighter will not happen for a long while now. Theres still a lot to be done. But templates will be comming.

Whoa, a little late on my half.

All of the entries look amazing. This isnt the end, you can still work on your sprites and animate them to turn in. Maybe even just for practice.
