check the pics there too.

The game is more than inspired by monkey island 1 & 2.
There are around 20 rooms and it takes about 30 minutes to finish with a walkthru.

The Hero is DEZIBELZ who is stuck on an island and just wants to leave to get back home to Bern ch.

Feel free to test!! viel spass!! (have fun).

Frodo

Looks nice.   :)
Are you planning to release an English translation any time?   ???

only by popular demand. it would probably take a day or two and all of us are working, but it might happen.

Alright, had a little play. Seems like quite a neat little game, but I felt there are some issues with it. The grammar and spelling was a little off sometimes - nothing major, just annoying, just like the fact the font obviously doesn't support ä, ö, ü or ß (you might want to change that). The puzzles (well, those I saw) were pretty logical. Maybe a bit on the easy side, but in a good way. The graphics were alright, nothing outstanding, but far from bad.

What was bad, however, was that the game made me feel a little like I was on the outside of an inside joke. I'm sure you people all had a good laugh about, say, the portrayal of that Schaemelcaemel (or something like that) guy, and I'm guess the dead soldier and stuff make sense to you, too. But maybe, just maybe, you might want to change the game in a way that makes it, you know, make SENSE to people not from your community.

Apart from that, soweit ganz nett.  ;)

Popular demand, you say?

Well, I'm a man of the people, and I demand it. Does that fill the bill? ::)

EDIT - What's up with that ridiculous CAPTCHA??!!?!

It seems that most of us want an English translation.  Is that enough demand for you then?   ;)

Dualnames

Worked on Strangeland, Primordia, Hob's Barrow, The Cat Lady, Mage's Initiation, Until I Have You, Downfall, Hunie Pop, and every game in the Wadjet Eye Games catalogue (porting)

SuperDre

I'm also interested, but only in the english version (even though I can read german perfectly).. When developing an adventure (especially freeware) keep in mind that most people can read english since it is THE language used on the internet..
Also reading this thread I think most people want an english version.. And if it's only 2 days extra work I guess it would be 2 days well spend.. (make sure you let someone who is really good at english proofread it..)

I'm looking forward to play the game..

For your next project (as I do hope you guys will make a new adventure) be sure to translate the game as you are developing it (so just like you are doing propably one room at a time in german, do the translation immediatly after you finish the german text for that room, that propably will save you a lot of time)

Mr.T

I would like an English version too please  :=

Babar

I would like to vote against the english version! Art shouldn't be diluted or changed like that on the whim of the masses!

...or something.

I would like to decapitate Babar. Alas, we can't all have what we want.

...oh, I just argued against my own point, didn't I?

Quite a nice game and enjoyable entertainment for a few hours. Some of the puzzles were a bit strange, but solveable.
I liked that situations changed, but with that and getting from A to B was sometimes rather longish - once you managed the desert for example it would have been nice to get fast through it - or the crater hotspot could have been on the map.
Well done, thank you!  8)
