Please help.how do i upload my game to this web page

Some one please help me upload my game. How do i do it coz when i try it asks for a download link but i want to put it on this page

Upload your game on a hosting site like mediafire.com, and then copy the link you are given. Make a post here (or use this thread), and enter the link between
[ url ] LINK [ /url ] (without the spaces).
