Project Evilspy II - The War Driver - FenderQ goes out "War Driving" (Wireless Hacking) with his friend the Scurvydawg.

Resolution 320x240 widescreen/letterbox using 8-Bit color.  Download Size - 742KB

Download the game here!

I wanted to thank Goldmund for inspiring me to make another game based in the "crazy town" as he would call it.  I hope you like this one Goldmund!

I also tried following the guidelines in the "Everything I learned" document created by rodekill while making this game.  This really helped me stay organized, and prevented me from getting stuck and wasting time.  Thanks rodekill for making that!

Note: There is no insane amount of flashing in this game.  I'm not refering to someone suddenly being naked

I hope you like it everyone! It was fun to make!

My eyes still hurt from that game.

I just finished creating a quick Walkthrough for the Project Evilspy II game which is available on the FenderQ Adventures! website for anyone who thinks they need it.   :o

jetxl: How do you think my eyes feel?  I had to test that The Broken Brain game, over and over and over again until it was finished.  ;D  Thanks for checking it out though, I hope your eyes are getting better.

Ionias

Pretty cool game so far. I like the colors. Good attention to details as well.

*bug*
If you click on the main GUI to pull up the inventory GUI. Then click use INVENTORY ITEM and if you click that item "off the inventory gui screen" all the buttons go grey and the game locks up.

Ionias: Thanks very much for the bug reporting.  I think I have them resolved now.  I just uploaded v1.02 which is now available.  I'm glad to hear you like the game so far.  :D

Nostradamus

Nice game. I like the style.

What should be improved though is:
1) character improvement - the people in the game basically have no character. We don;t know anything about them and the conversations are not spicy enough.

2) story improvement - I didn't feel really motivated to find the guy. Nothing really happened afterwards either.

and 2) puzzles level.
Spoiler
the "puzzle" that I really didn't like was the cash machine. In the first time you enter the building it's broken. Then in the next time you enter after you've been in the Bingo Hall it suddenly works. That sucks. There should have been a puzzle here for the player repairing the machine. Even buying a cord\cable from the sotre and using it on the machine would be sufficient.
Another thing is the "I don't know enough about the guy let's go there and ask again". That's boring.
And there should be more items use.

I like the low res kinda look and the details as well. (the sound, music and animated things I mean. You can see your not slacking off just because of the low res drawings.)

Timosity

I finally got round to playing it, I enjoyed it, the puzzles weren't too hard but it was a good flowing game, although I fell 10 points short i think.

i like the style of all your games fenderq, keep up the good work

PeaceMan

Great game man!

The GUI must have taken ages to make!
I have to agree with Nostradamus on some of the puzzles but overall it is a great game.  8)

Timosity

I don't agree with Nostradamus on the puzzles

Spoiler
how often do you go to an ATM and it's out of order and 5 mins later it works again, this is game realism.

now for a puzzle to fix the machine, that is too obvious, but obviously the puzzle was clever cause it made you have to think and you commented about it which means it got to you. I think getting people frustrated is all part of making a game.

good work FenderQ
