1. Download speed is approximatley 3 KB/s
2. Size of the game, of 14MB is pretty large, especially if the speed of downloading is that slow. For now I cancelled it, and wait till it's at a better server, because 2 hours is abit too long!

Well... I saw ofcourse the screenshot, and that looked nice to me, and also the story, sounds fun. I'm looking forward playing it!

Well, I must say, Freewebs is damn slow with downloads. I'm not going to tell you what I have uploaded there, but it took me an hour to download on my laptop, since I wanted it there, and couldn't use any other way to move it...

hell 4hrs+ here too and we're on broadband!
you have just zipped the compiled folder? flc's wavs and midis get saved in the VOX file in the compiled folder ( i haven't seen the game yet, so just asking)

if you can't find a cheap, fast, free server you could create your own, only thing is your pc needs to be on 24/7, online 24/7, and the safety issues

i use this and it a complete server system, it has its own site templates, forum, database, and server extensions(perl,php, etc)
its easy to install(ffs i did it!) the only reason i'm not using it is because i can't be online all the time, theres a easy way to make a site online status thingy tho

it has ads and stuff, but it has pretty decent bandwidth, 50MB space, works for me.

but you can't hotlink from other sites or use the anonymiser thing, you just put the link up on a page, and point people to that page to download.
