Okay, it's too short and would get really annoying and repetative (sp?) if looped. I would also add a catchy melody to it, it sounds pretty random now. But that's a start alright. I assume that you haven't composed much music earlier and don't worry, my first midis sounded pretty much like that too

I agree that it's too short. Also for it to be funny it doesn't have to be that random. It could be in normal time with maybe just a strange melody. It might sound better with more instruments playing at the same time too instead of one after the other.
