i thought i'd make my comeback contain something constructive, so here it is! i'm kinda grovelling for some help too, with designing a shooter sections  my game, because its a bit beyond me!

heres the screen shots wot do you think?

these are just draft ideas, the plan is for the zombie to move forward, three shots stop it, but each type of zombie has a different kill spot, when the zombie gets to its last move it attacks
when a part of the creature is hit which would be the best way to show the damage to the creature, change the whole create image or the part gets hit?

if anyones got some free time and can offer some help i'd be v greatfull :D

cheers

the parts that get hit. but exadurate it a little. like one shot in the torso, and all off it just explodes.

btw, shouldn't he have some sort of scar or blood on his body? and a genitalia? or pants?

seeing as the zombie was a kid, it didn't seem right to show his willy, even on the adult zombies i've choosen to leave them off, they play no part in the game, the male zombies look male the female ones look female, if i put a willy on a female zombie it would be a femme zombie with a willy! :P
the lack of clothes, two reasons a, i haven't got a grip of Poser yet and b, the game is loosely based on silent hills (psx version) the ghouls didn't have clothes

what i'm trying to achieve is way beyond anything i've done with AGS, i don't think anyone else as done anything in 3D like it, if someone has i'd love to see it ;D

cheers

You should make the blood more dark.

The wall in the background is a bit too "patterny" if you know what I mean
