Title: Criticise my backgrounds(improvement is welcome)
Post by: Dualnames on Thu 25/01/2007 14:00:54
These
are two rooms of a game I am working on. It's called Shoot My Valentine. (there is a section for it at the demos by the way).

So I made those room images. The pencil sketch effect is done in purpose. I am not looking to improve those but if you can I 'd love to see them.

I am basically asking an opinion about how they look.
Thank you all.

I made this two days ago.

And corrected this one.

If you could make a character (teenage male guitarist), be more than welcome.

As I said, I like the style. The  horizon is a bit high though, might be hard to move the character around, everything seems to deep, but surely it won't be a problem. And there's a huge empty area in the corridor picture there in the front, it's a bit distracting, but again, I don't see a big problem there. Just get the game done  :D ;)

I'll do. Probably before Monday. Thanks. AGAIN.
