This is the first of these I've ever made. I used MrCollossal's template as a basis, but simplified it so that I could work with it. Criticize it, because yeah, well, just because I asked? :)

As Corey pointed out, the arms look like he's hunching his shoulders in a bit.

I would recommend broadening the shoulders (thus moving the arms out a bit).

Does anybody, besides me, think he totally looks like Dale Dye (http://www.dday-overlord.com/img/bob/acteurs/band_of_brothers_robert_sink_2.jpg)?
(with white hair that is)

Of course it's Dick van Dyke, in Diagnosis Murder if I'm not mistaken. Very good likeness. The only thing that bothers me a bit is the part of the coat seen through between his legs. It took me a while to figure out what I was looking at. Perhaps the color is too similar to his shirt, or I just have a dirty mind focusing on what's between people's legs. ;)

Edit: Or show a few pixels of his pants at the endge of the coat. Right now it seems as if his hip/crotch area is a square instead of an upside down triangle.

Here's the work I've done so far... Not amazing, but still :)

if you're making a diagnosis murder adventure game, you should be worshipped, if you can make the rest oif the characters at a consistent quality level, it should look really good.

I'm playing around with the idea to make a Diagnosis Murder game, but I've got one project to do before that - so for now it's just practice :)

The legs are much better now. Good work. But I can't really tell about the animation before I see it moving. His eyes disturb me a bit now that you've put white around the pupils.

I am too lazy to make an animated gif out of it :p

It appears that in the animation his legs are toooooo long when he is walking. The thigh section seems to be to long when the leg is extented.

Cool looking, his upward (away from camera) animation looks a little weird though.  I could be wrong, but when it plays out in aa real animation file I think his legs will appear to sway, like he's drunk or something.
