I'm looking for a free program where I can make simple little animated gifs like this:

Any suggestions? Most tha tI've looked at seem to be shareware... :)

You can also try Unfreez, or Graphics Gale. I use Flash or Photoshop.

Agreed. Beneton Movie Gif is good, and free. I use it.
