What I was looking for was a person who knows adventure games. I think most people who use forums know how to search, but how many can look at a single picture of a game and know exactly which game it is right away without any help?
I love adventure. Basically, considering I am new to these forums, I was getting a feel of the people that spend their time here and who to turn to when I need help, or a friend...

Always nice to have another dedicated fan of Adventure games onboard.
Once you been around AGS and the forums here a while, and you start to become more familiar with the various members, personalities, way things are done, etc.. you'll also sometimes see a snappy post with with a bit of sarcastic remarks, which is not really meant to be "insulting", but perhaps meant to be more as a friendly comment to bring your attention to something. Okay, well, in some case it's more insulting than friendly, but, well, stick around a while and you'll see that, overall, AGSers here are amoung the most wonderful, talented, helpful, open-minded and friendly bunch of peoples you'll find on the internet in such a forum. ;D [/END_HORN_BLOWING_FOR_AGS_FORUMS]

It really is a pity how n00bs post a question thread ("If your favourite game char was a biscuit, which biscuit would he be?") then leave about a week later.

I never asked if there is someone who played all the AGS adventures.
Regarding Darth Mandarb, he/she may be respected by some, but to me has so far shown to be neither helpful, nor truthful.
