I can't remember any fairy tale named like that nor any that involves a girl without an arm. By the way, fairy tale is said "cuento de hadas" in Spanish, which can be translated literally. I googled for "niña sin brazo" and came up with just one page:

I don't know if you'll find it interesting it seems to be some sort of literature work, and in one part it speaks about a book "Los trabajadores de la muerte" by Diamela Entit (Chile) where one of the characters is a girl that lacks an arm.

There's an extract of the novel there and it really doesn't remind me of a fairy tale at all. It's disturbing, but interesting nonetheless
I hope that helped, though probably it's not what you were looking for.

i must have read that wrong, because we were working on two topics,
fairy tales and the coup d'état in chile and argentinia.
and because the name i read was "la niña sin brazo" i thought it was a fairy tale..

it was exactly what i was looking for :D
