Its more the notion of not helping out a fellow AGSer that actually annoys me. If he hadn't have pointed you there you'd never have voted at all. But maybe I'm biased because I've met FruitTree, so I'm inclined to help him out. But it's okay! Next time you ask for something I'll be sure to do the complete opposite

I haven't, and I also don't like being asked to vote for something in a contest which I don't see as the best entry. Everybody can choose whatever they want, which is just fine. Fruittree still got votes from this topic, so where's the loss?

Also, if I ever do ask for something like this, please do the complete opposite because I wouldn't deserve to win if it's just based on uninformed votes from people I know

Well, as it's you, I'll let you off. You have that general kind of jackass "I wont do this because it's not what I beleive in" stance with just about everything here. But if a friend asked you to vote for them to win a trip to NY, as in, someone you really knew & liked, would you vote for them? Or would you tell them; "I'll look, but if I don't think you've done the best job, I may not vote on it."

Yes, you probably would do the latter. Which is probably why I don't really like you.

I would vote if it's a friend of mine, or someone I respect based on previous experiences. I don't know Fruittree, so my initial response defaults to "Hah! I will be as obnoxious as possible for comedic effect!" + a wicked grin.
