I have done exactly what I have been told to do. (Doesn't specify where I should post this so here seems good to me). :-\
I am reporting that 'Knowledge Base' is not working.

You mean the FAQ link inside the GK section?
No.
On the home page under 'Resources'.
It is labeled 'Knowledge Base'.
I tried to type something in and was then presented with an 'Ooops' screen. (A woman dropping our beloved 'Big Blue Cup').

Well, credit cards
can be both a problem or solution to your AGS dilemma, depending on how effectively they are wielded. Remember,

Yep been broken for a while, been trying to use it for a while but never had a forum account before a couple of weeks ago ...
Yup, still broken. Frustrating when you're trying to look something basic up, instead of irritating people on the Beginner's forum.

The search function doesn't work. But if it's any reassurance I don't remember it being very helpful when it worked. It was much less useful than the AGS Help system, and is probably really out of date now.
Roll on new AGS website!
