I'm using text parser template from ags resources.
Of course it is made by other people.
It is main system of my game.
In this case, do i need special legal process to use it for commerical purpose?

Usually not; most people here release their templates as free resources. As long as the template's other doesn't say otherwise, you're free to use them in commercial projects.

If in doubt, just PM the template author. It's also, in my opinion, nice to credit the author- a simple line in your game credits like "Uses XXX template by YYY" is enough.

and also good luck with your commercial textparser game ;-D

Seems it's been answered, but yeah. As long as it doesn't specifically say "Not for commercial use" or "Personal use only" or something, it's generally ok I would think. But Ghost is right, credit would be nice and teh right thing to do as well.
